San Diego Spas
Fun in the Sun
San Diego Spas offer you unlimited ways to pamper yourself,
relax, and have fun. With arguably the best weather in the
nation, San Diego is an excellent place to relax and play.
You've probably heard of the San Diego Zoo, one
of the best zoos in the world. If you live in the area, you can
get a season pass and come back with different friends as part
of the deal. Be sure to allow plenty of time. Hint: start with
the bus tour and / or the tram ride to get a good overview.
Then you can pick places to walk.
The zoo is part of San Diego's Balboa Park. You can
see awesome, realistic movies in the IMax Theater at
the science center. There are loads of historical exhibits. If
you're into art, you'll have plenty of places to visit.
If you're looking for an alternative to the zoo, you might
like to visit Wild Animal Park. This is about a half
hour drive north of San Diego. However, it's certainly worth
the trip. The animals here have lots of room to roam. You'll
love the guided tour that covers the massive grounds.
If you're into hiking, and don't mind
driving to get to your starting point, you will want to
consider Cleveland National Forest. You might even
be able to frolic in the snow in the summertime.
Whatever you decide, you'll feel great when returning to
your favorite San Diego spa.
While "taking a break", if you could call it that, from San
Diego spas, you can visit one of many famous beaches. You might
drive over the Coronado Bridge to reach the famous Hotel
Del Coronado. This was constructed over a hundred years
ago and has been the site of many movies and TV shows.
Since you're reading about spas, you're probably health
conscious. You might want to try The Optimum Health
Institute of San Diego. You can stay there for one to
three weeks or more. You'll be on a very cleansing diet of raw
foods and wheatgrass juice while your body cleanses itself.
I've personally done this program many times and vouch for it
as an excellent way to detox your body.
